What We Provide
Insurance Law; Insurance Bad Faith; Unreasonable Delay of Claim;
The Policy-holder Advocate:
The list of corporations we have sued is long. Why? Because when an individual or company purchases an insurance policy and faithfully pays its premiums for financial protection from hail and windstorms, pipe bursts, fire, car accidents, pain and suffering, hurricanes, and other losses, it should be treated fairly. Insurance laws are state dependent. In Colorado for example, the insurance carrier has an additional obligation to its policy holder not to delay the claim or act in bad faith. A policyholder may be entitled to significant damages for an insurance company's bad faith. In Florida, if an insurance company wrongfully denies a policy-holder their insurance benefits, they may be entitled to a all attorneys fees and costs. The policy-holder is entitled to the safeguards and benefits of his/her/its insurance policy. When our clients were treated unfairly, we sued:

Nationwide Ins. Company
-
USAA Ins. Company

American Family Ins. Company
-

Contract Law - Contract Disputes - Contract Breach.
J.W.M. Law Group is ready to advise our clients on their contract matters.
We litigate the written or verbal agreements between people and businesses. When someone does not follow the obligations in an agreement they commit a "breach of contract" and the law generally allows you to take the problem to court for an enforcement of rights. Contract law is the area of law that governs the creation of contractual agreements, the guidelines regarding how one carries out its promises, obtaining a fair result when there is a breach or disagreement over a contract.
We negotiate and draft contracts for our clients, create and dissolve companies, sue businesses who have stolen or defrauded others, litigate nondisclosure agreements, disparagement clauses, defamatory issues, and more.

We have advised our clients in numerous areas including purchase and sale agreements, investment opportunities, goods services offerings, business divorces, sales programs, fitness industry issues, marijuana businesses, construction businesses, homeowner association matters and more.
